Back To Reality

Last Monday, I returned home from a 10 day trip with the Forever Be Sure music ministry team. We sang 10 concerts throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. What a blessing to see God use our team to encourage the hearts of the listeners. It also proved to be a tremendous time of Christian fellowship with these sweet sisters in Christ.

With 13.5 children among us, you can only imagine that things can occasionally get a little goofy when you set us all free from our kids.

And these following pics just never get old.....NEVER. My sister even spent time and money locating this face-distorting program when she tragically realized her tablet no longer contained one. I'm telling you, people - hours of entertainment and ABUNDANCE of laughter!!!

And after a fabulous trip of traveling, serving, relaxing, eating, laughing, and reconnecting, I came home to my reality......

A very good reality indeed!

10 Days Apart

This Friday I will be leaving for a 10 day music tour with the Forever Be Sure ladies quartet throughout South Carolina and Georgia. I am super excited to be part of this ministry and it always proves to be a good time when you set a group of stay-at-home moms loose together. (www.foreverbesure.com) However, I'm leaving my babies for ten days!!! Definitely mixed emotions. So, I figure that if I post some more pictures and videos on here, I can watch them over and over again while I'm gone. (And don't tell me I can download them to my phone or tablet, because I seriously have no idea how to do that.)

Always plenty of diaper boxes to play with. Coolest thing is that a church family just came and dropped them off one evening! What a blessing!!!

Daddy transferring the little boys downstairs. They love this!

Taerik can often be found with more than one bottle.

Normal Sunday morning scene in our house. Four little boys lined up to get their hair done.

Rhys came and showed me that there is a swear word on his water bottle.
(Look by the sodium.)

Keira just hanging out in the stroller. Quite literally.

Bath time always proves to be exciting.

We are having so much fun listening to Keira imitating sounds now.

This last video has made me laugh every single time I've watched it. You see, Griffen played the offertory Sunday evening at church. I had asked Rob in advance to please record it on his phone. Well, he got caught a little off guard when he realized that HE was supposed to pray for the evenings offering. So, when we got home after church, he showed me this video with a running commentary that had both of us in tears from laughter. You will notice Rob running toward the piano DURING the offering. This is followed by him running ONTO the stage DURING the offering. His mind then realized what he had done and wondered, "Is everyone watching me?" as he pans the camera up toward the audience. Yup, that's my hubby. What he won't do for his wife. :) Pretty proud of Griffen, too, as he did a great job. Just not sure anyone noticed HIM. Lol!

Well, this should keep me filled with happy memories until I return. Prayers would be appreciated for our group. Now, nobody better start walking or hitting other major milestones while I'm away.....
